  Overall, we were absolutely thrilled with the transformation of our home thanks to NL’s expertise. From the initial design through to the final build, the whole process was incredibly smooth and professional. Gina really helped us envision timeless improvements for our kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room, and she had a fantastic understanding of what was achievable. The use of the Matterport laser scanner and the resulting CAD drawings were brilliant – they allowed us to confidently make design choices and really see the impact before construction even started. And the attention to detail was remarkable, especially with the inclusion of accessibility features that will allow us to comfortably stay in our home for years to come. We were especially impressed with the team’s work ethic. Everyone was incredibly skilled and meticulous, and we particularly want to thank Brian and Tom for their dedication and attention to detail. It was amazing to see Brian working so diligently, even in those tight spaces! The subcontractors, particularly the father and son tile-setting team, delivered stunning results – their eye for design really elevated the look of the entire house. It’s clear NL takes immense pride in their work, and we’re so grateful for the beautiful, functional, and thoughtfully designed home they created for us.
