Overall, I was really pleased with Bigelow Plumbing’s work on tying in my new water service. They not only did the job I initially hired them for, but they also identified a significant gas leak in a difficult-to-access crawlspace – which they promptly addressed. Chris was fantastic throughout the process; he kept me informed, explained the plan clearly, and was always upfront about the costs and happy to discuss alternative solutions. I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of the final work.

“I was really disappointed with Bigelow Plumbing. I’ve used them twice now, and both times I experienced significant issues. The first time, they accidentally damaged my basement floor, and another time they completely ripped the cabinet door off in my bathroom. Bryan did offer some compensation for the damage, which I accepted. But recently, I called them to fix a leaking sink basket – which, I might add, they had actually reinstalled during their previous visit. Bryan gave me an estimate of $200 for the repair, and his crew did the job quickly, but they didn’t actually address the underlying problem. They just replaced the basket with a cheaper one and took my money. It felt like a really poor value for $200. Honestly, I could have fixed it myself. While Bryan seemed like a pleasant guy, the whole experience left me feeling like I was overcharged and that the quality of work wasn’t up to par. I’m going to be looking for a different plumber going forward.”
