I needed a specific type of siding and they went above and beyond to track it down for me, even providing a sample for me to check out before I committed to the order. Everyone was incredibly professional, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.   Overall, I couldn’t be happier with Builders First Source. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic! Ian, my sales person, was incredibly helpful and made the whole window selection process really smooth. But the real stars were the installation team – Sean and the crew. They were punctual, incredibly professional, and went above and beyond to minimize disruption to my home. They carefully removed my old window coverings, moved my furniture with care, kept everything spotless, and meticulously reinstalled everything, even re-staining the trim. The job was completed in less than a day, and the windows look absolutely beautiful. I’m so pleased with the quality and the price – it was a truly worthwhile investment. report abuse

  “I just wanted to say what a fantastic experience I had! As soon as I stepped out of my car, a really helpful employee immediately offered to hold my door open for me – it was such a nice touch. They were clearly busy, but the team, especially the folks from the cabinet department, went above and beyond to get me the siding samples I needed.   Honestly, I was really disappointed with this company. I contacted them for a quote on a fairly substantial project, and they initially said they’d get it to me within three weeks. I followed up a few times and even gave them several commitments, but I never heard back. When I finally asked if they were still interested, they just stopped responding completely – no explanation, nothing. It felt incredibly unprofessional and dishonest. There was no transparency or integrity at all, and frankly, my time would have been better spent elsewhere. report abuse

  “I’ve always had a really positive experience at Probuilt. Shirley at the counter is fantastic – she’s so friendly and efficient and always gets me in and out quickly. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the products they have in stock and can easily handle special orders. Plus, the yard is always spotless and well-organized.
