  “Overall, my experience with this company was pretty frustrating. I ordered 25 yards of cinders and was initially told they’d call to schedule a delivery. I spoke with Paul twice, and he never gave me a firm delivery date, which was really inconvenient given my night shift work. They ended up showing up while I was asleep, leaving a bunch of messages asking where I was – it felt completely unprofessional. Once they finally did deliver, the cinders were exactly what I needed, but I was shocked to find the price was $50 more than what I was originally quoted. Paul brushed it off as a trucking fee, but given the significant price difference compared to a similar order last year, it felt like a sneaky extra charge. However, I want to give a huge thank you to Sage from the office. She stepped in and completely resolved the situation by waiving the extra $50 fee and honoring the original price I was quoted. It was a really good way to end what started as a negative experience, and I truly appreciate her going the extra mile to make things right.” report abuse

However, we were disappointed that we never received a quote and they didn’t follow up with us at all, even after multiple calls.
