  “I was really pleased with the initial installation of my new metal roof – it looks great, and they addressed my concern about the leak around the chimney right from the start. However, when a major storm hit about a year later, the leak returned exactly where we’d identified it as a problem. Getting someone to actually look at it was a huge issue. I started contacting the office back in August of 2021, and it took nearly two months to get a response and schedule an inspection. Then, even after the inspection, I had to repeatedly follow up to find out what was going to be done. To my disappointment, they confirmed it was a chimney issue, which was what I suspected all along. Now, it’s January 2022, and I’m still waiting for a solution. I’ve been calling regularly, and it seems my messages are just being forwarded to someone else without a response. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel like they’ve abandoned me after completing the initial work.” report abuse

  Honestly, our experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. We hired them for our gutter installation, but we really should have heeded the warning we received from someone else about their unreliability. Getting a quote took over a month, and then it felt like a constant battle to get them to actually show up. They were consistently difficult to reach, and when they finally did respond, the communication was often rude and lacking in accountability. It was weeks of waiting, followed by a shocking email telling us they were delayed due to missing supplies – it felt like they didn’t even have the courtesy to call us directly. Ultimately, they messed up the order, sent the wrong materials, and left us waiting for far too long.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company’s work. They left the roof open during a rainstorm, which completely ruined my brand-new insulation. The damage was so extensive – including the garage wall, door frame, and requiring new drywall and paint – that it was a total disaster.   “Overall, the metal roof TNT installed on my home looks great, and I’m happy with the final result. However, the biggest issue I had was a promised soil stack repair that was never completed. I repeatedly contacted the company, multiple times, but was never contacted back. I left messages and even contacted the owner, Trevor, but received no response whatsoever. Ultimately, I had to take care of the repair myself. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend TNT.” report abuse

  “I was really impressed with how quickly they provided an initial estimate. However, nearly a year later, I’m still waiting to hear back from Trevor, and it’s been incredibly frustrating. While the office staff were polite, they seemed overwhelmed and just kept passing me off to Trevor with no follow-up. A simple call explaining they couldn't proceed would have been sufficient, but that never happened. It felt incredibly unprofessional and left me feeling completely ignored.” report abuse

  “Honestly, I wouldn’t trust this contractor with anything – especially not building a bird feeder. I have serious concerns about the impact it could have on the local bird population. Furthermore, I’ve had incredibly negative experiences with their work; they completely destroyed my ceiling, and I’ve heard similar complaints from neighbors. I strongly advise you to do thorough research and speak with other people in the area before considering hiring them.” report abuse

  “We were really disappointed with the speed and quality of their work. My son ended up having to finish a good portion of the project himself, and we were able to retain some of the payment we’d already given them. Unfortunately, we won’t be using their services again.
