They were incredibly helpful, taking care of everything for her. I went in myself a little later, and the owner was fantastic – really easy to talk to and even let me go into the warehouse to choose exactly what I needed.   “I visited on November 21st and was really pleased with the store – it was very well organized, clean, and they had a great selection of concrete tools. I got some rebar at a good price, and they also had things like culverts and steel stakes.   “I recently visited this store hoping to purchase materials for a legal car build, and unfortunately, my experience was really disappointing. The staff spent a good amount of time explaining their inventory and ordering process, but then simply took my details and said they’d call me back with a price quote. Four days passed with no contact, and when I called to follow up, I was told they’d get back to me – and another two days went by without a word. The person I spoke to didn’t seem to understand my project at all. Honestly, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere, maybe even ordering online instead. I usually support local businesses, but this experience has completely changed my mind; I’ll definitely be ordering everything online from now on. They’ve really lost a customer.” report abuse
