“I was incredibly pleased with the work Kevin Jarvis and his team did for us. Our project was particularly complex, requiring a deep dive into old legal documents and previous land agreements, and they truly went above and beyond what we anticipated. We were so fortunate to have been referred to Jarvis Land Survey by our realtor – thank you to her for that excellent recommendation. Kevin and his team were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated throughout the entire process. We were particularly impressed with the accuracy of their findings and how quickly they responded to our questions. Honestly, I couldn't recommend Jarvis Land Survey more highly; they're the best surveyor in Worcester County!”

“We hired Jarvis to survey our property lines for our new home, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Their quote was really competitive, and they completed the job – including putting in the property stakes – incredibly quickly, within just a couple of weeks. Plus, they were so friendly and kept us updated throughout the whole process. We’d absolutely recommend them!”

“I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received from Jarvis. He didn’t complete the survey job as agreed, only putting stakes in five of the six corners on my property. I contacted him repeatedly – by phone and email – but he simply stated the job was finished and refused to return to finish the last corner. He even tried to blame me for not noticing a stake behind my white fence! I tried explaining that there wasn’t a stake on the other side, next to the Brown fence, but he wouldn't listen. I paid the full amount upfront, which is what I requested, and he still didn't follow through. He then demanded an extra $150 an hour to send someone back, even though the initial agreement was for a complete job. His office is just seven miles away, making it completely unreasonable to charge this much for a simple fix. To make matters worse, he never contacted me beforehand to schedule a meeting at my property before his crew started. I found the stakes already in place when I returned home on Tuesday. He hasn't responded to any of my calls or emails. I contacted the fence company who recommended him to me, and they’ve now advised against using him. I’ve even spoken to other survey companies, who were baffled by the situation. Frankly, this has been a terrible experience, especially as a new homeowner in Massachusetts, and I wouldn't recommend Jarvis to anyone."

This individual’s work consistently falls short of expectations. There have been repeated concerns raised by the Board of Licensure regarding a disconnect between the proposed plans and their actual implementation.

Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on “Hi I am land surveyor”: “This individual clearly identifies as a land surveyor, which is a valuable starting point for understanding their background and expertise.”
