I bought a LaZboy hot tub from Ferrari Pools and Spa back in 2016, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Diane in the office was fantastic – so helpful and friendly. The delivery was quick and exactly as described. I went through the tutorial and haven’t had any problems since. We recently had a small electrical issue, but Diane immediately got her team over to fix it, and two gentlemen came out and resolved it perfectly. Seriously, if you’re considering a hot tub or pool, I’d highly recommend Diane and her team – they really go above and beyond with customer service!”

“I’m so incredibly happy with my new hot tub from Ferrari Pools – it’s honestly been a dream come true! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. They have a great range of hot tubs to choose from, and the installation was seamless. What really stood out was their exceptional customer service; they were so patient and knowledgeable, teaching us everything we needed to know. They’ve become a really friendly and reliable company – they even remember my name and the specific hot tub I purchased, and they’ve even given us recommendations for local restaurants! I wholeheartedly recommend Ferrari Pools – you definitely won’t regret your purchase.”

“I just wanted to say a huge thanks to Jay at Ferrari Pools – he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my pool caretaker system. Really appreciate his expertise!”

“Honestly, our experience with the previous company was a huge letdown. From start to finish, the customer service was terrible and the installers were completely unprofessional. We really wish we’d done more research and spoken to other customers before hiring them. It was a night-and-day difference once we switched to Ferrari – they’ve been fantastic.”

Honestly, I’m really disappointed with this company. While the construction work itself seems solid, the overall experience was incredibly frustrating. They’re shockingly expensive, and the communication and customer service are absolutely terrible. It took multiple calls – often going unanswered – just to get someone to speak with me. When they finally did respond, it felt like they weren't really listening. They installed the pool cover without any explanation and just left the warranty paperwork lying outside in the rain! It was almost thrown away until I realized the strict deadline for returning it. It felt incredibly careless and disorganized. Considering the high cost and the lack of support, I just don't think it’s worth the price.

“I’ve had a pool here for a long time – it was originally installed back in 1985. I recently had it completely restored, and while it took a bit longer than I’d hoped, the team did a fantastic job. The other company I used for the initial restoration also struggled to meet deadlines, and they just finished a project 19 years later! I was so pleased with Diane, she was a real pleasure to work with, and I’d definitely recommend them for either a new pool build or a restoration project.”

“I really enjoyed my experience – everyone was so friendly and helpful, and they clearly knew what they were doing. I’d definitely recommend them!”

“I just wanted to say that Joe and Becky in service have been absolutely fantastic. They’ve been so patient and helpful answering all my questions – truly appreciated!”

I'm incredibly disappointed with the service I’ve received. Since the installation of my $70,000 pool two years ago, I’ve been met with absolutely no response to my emails or phone calls. To make matters worse, the tiles are already falling off, there have been ongoing equipment issues, and the coping around the pool is coming loose. I’ve had to deal directly with a series of subcontractors – it seems Ferrari doesn’t have proper oversight of their team. Due to this unacceptable level of service and poor workmanship, I’m seriously considering pursuing legal action. Honestly, if you’re okay with ignoring your customers and delivering substandard work, then this company might be a good fit for you.

“I was really disappointed with my experience with Scott. He came out to assess my pool renovation project and charged me $350 for the consultation, which he assured me would be credited towards the final cost if I moved forward. However, after he finished looking at the project, he emailed me saying he wasn't interested in the job – and then he kept the $350! It felt completely unfair and unprofessional.”
