  Overall, I was extremely pleased with Window World. They replaced nine windows, including a large picture window, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. Our sales representative was fantastic to work with, and the project manager even came out to double-check the measurements. The windows arrived on schedule – exactly four weeks as promised – and the installation crew was exceptionally efficient and professional.   I couldn’t be happier with the new windows – they look fantastic! I especially want to commend Pedro, Renato, and Oseias for their incredible work. They were so professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to clean up after themselves. It’s like they were never even there, except for the beautiful new windows!   Overall, we were really pleased with our experience with Window World. They were recommended to us, and we especially liked the reassuring lifetime warranty – it was worth the extra investment for the peace of mind it provided. The service was efficient and professional, and we were very happy with the replacement slider window we had installed.
