  I was absolutely devastated when my garage door broke and my car got locked inside for two days – it was a really stressful situation. However, I want to give a huge thank you to Moshe at 495. He was incredibly considerate, helpful, and professional, and really went above and beyond to help me out. When my home warranty company wouldn’t cover everything, he took the initiative to explore options and found two affordable solutions to get my door fixed, even replacing both springs.   John did a fantastic job getting this service request resolved for me. He arrived just before midnight after I initially called around 5 pm on Friday, and I really appreciate his dedication and thoroughness.
