  We were really pleased with Power – it was our second time using their services for our home. They originally replaced all our windows, and we were so impressed with their professionalism and how considerate they were of our yard and our schedule, we immediately asked them to tackle a few more doors.   “This was a really frustrating experience. I scheduled a meeting for two days out via recorded line, but then I was bombarded with five text messages and four phone calls all asking about the same appointment. It was completely overwhelming. I ended up having to cancel, and then the person calling actually tried to argue with me and deny that any of this had happened!   Overall, we’re really pleased with our new windows from Power. We’d been considering this for a while and, quite by chance, they ended up stopping by our house for an estimate. Despite already having another company in mind, we decided to go with Power – they really took the time to explain everything, including the products, measurements, and the installation process, which made us feel much more confident in their work. They were also incredibly reliable, always punctual for our meetings and checking in with us throughout the entire process. The installation went smoothly and quickly on the original date we’d agreed on. The windows themselves have completely transformed the feel of our home, and we’ve already noticed a difference in the sound and temperature levels near the windows and sliding door – we’re excited to see how things settle in further.
