  “I was really disappointed with the service I received. I had a scheduled appointment for 8:30 am, and when I called to check on the crew’s arrival, I was told they’d already been sent to Virginia and that I was the third job of the day. The person I spoke to, Arne, didn’t offer any apology and seemed to be dismissing my concerns. It was incredibly unprofessional to mismanage my appointment like that, and then to have to wait a whole month to reschedule was completely unacceptable.” report abuse
