I had to put the project on hold for a while, but when I contacted him again about seven months later to get it going, he responded promptly and completed the installation within a reasonable timeframe.   Overall, we had a really positive experience. The team was incredibly respectful and professional, and they were always polite and friendly. While the studio space itself was a little unusual, our installer was fantastic – he really took the time to help us find the best setup. We even had a small issue with a wall warp, but he quickly walked us through several solutions.
