  I’m incredibly frustrated with this company. I’ve scheduled three appointments with them, and not once have they shown up. Every time I call to complain, I’m met with excuses – like someone named Cathy scheduling the appointment or a dentist appointment. It’s completely unacceptable to waste my time and drive five hours only to be told they never intended to meet with me. Honestly, a simple “we don’t want your business” would have been much better than these constant dis-excuses. I’m extremely disappointed in their lack of professionalism and won't be contacting them again. report abuse
