“I was really disappointed with the experience I had working with Ty. I initially contacted him in December about a job in February, and we’d gotten everything lined up by early February when he completely stopped responding to my texts and calls to confirm the start date. This caused a huge scramble for me – I had to find another contractor and unfortunately, the delays impacted our renovation, costing us two weeks. I ended up texting him to let him know we’d moved on because we hadn’t heard back, and he finally responded saying he was too busy with other work and was passing on the job after weeks of discussing it with me in February. While I’d heard good things about Ty, I unfortunately can’t recommend him if you have specific scheduling or timeline needs.”

“Overall, the team did a fantastic job. They were punctual, incredibly thorough – the work was spotless and completely dust-free – and they finished everything exactly on schedule and within the agreed budget.”

“I was really frustrated with this experience. I’d scheduled a sanding appointment the day before, and went to great lengths – moving all the furniture out of three rooms and adjusting my schedule – to be ready. However, he never showed up and completely stopped responding to my texts and calls. Now I’m back to square one, having to move everything back and starting the whole process over again, and it’s incredibly disappointing that he didn’t even bother to let me know he wasn’t coming.”

I was really disappointed with this contractor. I scheduled two appointments for him to assess my floor, and he completely missed both times. The first time he didn't show up at all, and his explanation that he’d forgotten was frustrating. We gave him a second chance and confirmed the appointment for the second time, but he still didn’t appear. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend him – it seems like he’s unreliable and doesn’t respect people’s time.

This work was really well-executed – it was neat and professional, and clearly done to a high standard.

“The flooring was beautifully restored – a really impressive job.”
