Honestly, I’d strongly advise against using Western Windows and Window Visions. I had a really frustrating experience with them – two panes of glass in my new windows were defective. Western Windows sent the glass to Window Visions, but they haven't even bothered to update me on the situation, and the owner I spoke to two weeks ago hasn’t followed up at all. It’s clear they don’t prioritize customer service, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to have a similar bad experience after paying for their services.
