  Mr. Bedford was fantastic – he went above and beyond to help us when he arrived at our house at 6:45pm. It was a really difficult case, dealing with both water damage and mold, but he was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, skillfully guiding us to the root of the issues and offering practical solutions.   Honestly, we had a really negative experience with this company. The initial salesperson misled us about their role, and they used incredibly aggressive, scare tactics to try and pressure us into a decision. Thankfully, David stepped in and provided a much more transparent explanation of our situation. Despite having excellent credit, they inflated our interest rate to nearly $18,000 just after we put down a $500 deposit. We acted quickly to cancel within the allowed timeframe, and now they’re dragging their feet trying to return our deposit – it feels completely dishonest and untrustworthy. We’d strongly advise anyone considering this company to proceed with extreme caution. report abuse
