  “We hired Jarrett PDR to fix a leak in our deck that was causing water damage in the unit below, and he initially identified the flashing as the problem. Unfortunately, the leak persists, and we’ve been unable to get in touch with him since. He assured us there was a one-year warranty on his work, but he’s completely disappeared – ignoring our emails and failing to respond to our concerns. Another contractor confirmed that the issue still stems from the deck itself. We’re extremely disappointed that he took our payment and hasn’t followed through with his warranty or maintained a professional relationship with us.” report abuse
