  “I can’t recommend Jorge and his team enough! We had a terrible experience with several other A/C companies who just kept pushing for a full system replacement, which would have been incredibly expensive. Jorge quickly diagnosed the problem – a lack of airflow – and thankfully, given how relatively new our system was, he was able to fix it instead. His crew was fantastic – incredibly thorough and they even pointed out all the mistakes the previous installers had made. The AC is now working better than it has in the last 12 years! My friend’s recommendation was spot on, and we’ll definitely be using Jorge’s team again when we eventually convert our garage into an apartment.” report abuse

  Overall, I was really pleased with the installation. Jorge did a fantastic job walking me through all the different air conditioning options and clearly explained the advantages and disadvantages of each. Based on his recommendations and my needs, we settled on a variable speed heat pump, and it was expertly installed in my master bathroom. The team was incredibly friendly and considerate, taking the time to explain everything, including the new Nest thermostat. While the price was a little higher than some of the other quotes I received, I felt completely confident in their professionalism and expertise, and I’m very happy with the result. report abuse

  “I rarely write reviews, but I just had to share my experience with Jorge at American Design and Construction. We were looking to replace our roof and water heater with a GoGreen Financing program, and we ended up interviewing quite a few contractors. Sadly, two of them didn’t even follow up, and the other two’s estimates were higher than American Design’s. However, Jorge and his team were so attentive and thorough that we decided to go with them. Jorge really walked us through the whole process, explaining everything and even suggesting a radiant barrier for our attic – which turned out to be a fantastic addition! What was really special was that he didn’t try to push any extra products on us, and he even ended up getting us a higher quality barrier, absorbing the extra cost himself. He consistently kept us in the loop, and I’ve never worked with a contractor who cared so much about doing a great job. He was incredibly patient with our questions and changes, and he really went the extra mile on a few smaller custom jobs as well. Honestly, they weren't the cheapest or most expensive option, but Jorge delivered exceptional service and quality work. He’s a pleasure to work with – easy to talk to and genuinely invested in our satisfaction. We’ve already recommended him to friends, and we’ll definitely be using his services again! Jorge was fantastic – he took the time to really explain everything, from the roof replacement to the GoGreen financing option, and helped me understand exactly what was involved. He was so thoughtful about only replacing what was truly necessary, which was a huge relief. I especially appreciated his communication throughout the entire process. He kept me updated daily on the crew’s progress, and he even went the extra mile to check the weather forecast and proactively protect the new roof from a potential rainstorm. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his clients’ satisfaction. The crew was equally impressive – they were professional, efficient, and left the property spotless after each stage of the work.
