  “I’ve been renting party supplies from this location for years, and I can honestly say I’ve always been really impressed. The staff are incredibly professional, take great care with everything, and are always so friendly. They make sure everything is perfectly set up and ready to go.   Overall, I had a really positive experience renting a boom lift from this company. I initially had a problem with the first machine I received, but they quickly and efficiently replaced it with a fully functional one. The staff were fantastic – incredibly helpful and friendly, and they even gave me an extra day to use the equipment. Because of their excellent service, I’ll definitely be returning to them for future rentals and I’m happy to travel the 45 minutes to do so. report abuse

  Overall, my experience renting a 20x40 tent, chairs, and tables from TJ’s in June 2022 was pretty disappointing. The staff were really friendly and helpful, which was a positive, but they could definitely improve their communication – I didn’t hear back from them about my concerns. We picked up the tent on Friday afternoon just in time for a graduation, but I was shocked by the condition of it. The setup crew was incredibly fast, unfortunately leaving us with no time to properly inspect the tent before they were gone. When we finally got outside to check it out, TJ’s was already closed. The tent was incredibly dirty, and I was embarrassed to have rented it in that state. I called Saturday morning to discuss it, but never received a callback. Honestly, I expected a bit more – perhaps a quick cleaning or a quality check before renting them out. Despite the friendly staff, the poor tent condition was a major issue. report abuse

  “This place has a really great selection – they had everything I needed for a party, plus a good range of tools and equipment for taking care of the yard. The salesman was fantastic; he was so friendly and helpful, especially when I was renting the lawn machine. He walked me through how to use it and even helped me load it onto my trailer. They offer rentals for a full 24 hours or a half day – a really convenient option.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with the chairs I received. I’d specifically requested white ones, but instead got a set of metal brown chairs that were all quite dirty and several were missing their rubber bottoms. It wasn’t a great start to the event.” report abuse
