  Overall, I was incredibly pleased with the service I received from this company. From the initial appointment scheduling to the roof inspection – the roofer was fantastic, really taking the time to explain everything in detail, and it was great that the CEO himself checked in to ensure I was satisfied. The workers were punctual, did a really efficient job, and were professional throughout. They completed my roof washing and some necessary repairs perfectly. My only small concern was that some of the cleaning chemicals they used for the roof washing briefly dripped onto my vinyl siding, although they assured me they would take care of any stains, and I noticed it was particularly visible because my house is a light yellow and I'd recently power washed it. report abuse

They expertly treated the shingles that were starting to dry out, and they also cleaned up all the drips that had fallen onto the deck.   Overall, the Adam Quenneville Team did a fantastic job with our new roof! Ken and Lynn were absolutely wonderful – they were always available to answer our questions and kept us fully informed. But the real stars were the installation crew; they were incredibly efficient and professional, transforming our yard into a work zone and then back to normal all in the same day. And I really appreciated how careful they were, especially with our brick driveway – the dumpster driver was very mindful and we didn’t experience any damage at all. report abuse

  “I was so pleased with the service I received when my roof needed some repairs. Adam’s crew actually did my original roof 20 years ago, and I sent them some pictures of the damage. To my surprise, they quickly assessed the situation and determined that just a new cap was needed. Dustin was fantastic – he answered all my questions and kept me perfectly informed about the timeline. Neal and his team were there promptly at 8:15, explained everything clearly, and finished the job in just an hour.   “I was really pleased with the roof repair Jose and his team did on August 6th, 2025. They were very efficient and completed the job quickly, taking care to put my decking back together and adding both a new and an extended downspout. Robert Croteau was a particularly great guy – he really took the time to explain everything and gave me a thorough estimate. The whole crew was incredibly professional and meticulous; you could tell they really knew what they were doing. Mary Boudreau handled the billing, and she was wonderful too!
