“I was incredibly frustrated – they didn’t show up for the appointment and then claimed the customer wasn’t home, which just didn’t seem right. Worse, I couldn’t get through to a real person; I tried four different numbers and all I kept getting was an AI.”
-
“I’m incredibly disappointed with Sears Home Services’ handling of our refrigerator repair. We contacted them on November 1st to fix a GE refrigerator, and they charged us over $1200 for parts and service. Since then, they’ve repeatedly canceled or rescheduled appointments, delaying the repair by weeks each time. It’s been incredibly frustrating to try and get in touch with someone who can actually help, and our attempts to communicate haven’t been met with any real concern or resolution. Frankly, the owner’s response didn’t offer any tangible assistance – it just felt like another automated request for the same information.”

“I was incredibly disappointed with the service I received. The technician never showed up when he was supposed to, and I didn’t receive any communication about the delay. I wasted several hours trying to get in touch with someone, and frankly, it was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.”
-
“I was really frustrated with this whole experience. I kept getting text updates about my appointment, but the technician never actually showed up. They then called to reschedule, and I ultimately decided to go with a different fridge. Getting in touch with customer service was a huge problem – it was incredibly difficult to speak to anyone, and when I finally did, I was connected with someone in India. It was just a really poor experience overall.”
-
“I was really disappointed – I waited for over ten hours, from 8:00 am to 8:30 pm, only to be told they wouldn't be coming. They’ve now rescheduled for three weeks down the line.”
-
“This technician was fantastic! He was incredibly polite and respectful, quickly resolved the issue, and took the time to clearly explain everything to me. Definitely a really excellent job.”
