Honestly, we had a really disappointing experience. Our salesperson seemed more focused on making a quick sale than ensuring we were satisfied with our order. The price of $200 for a simple piece of plywood with some minor cuts felt excessive. To add to the problem, the linoleum floor was installed incorrectly – we were given the plywood to build the subfloor, not install the flooring. The rug was also the wrong thickness, and they mismeasured, leading to a needed seam. Beyond that, the work area was a mess, with rug shavings and razor blades left on the front stoop. And the rug itself has bubbles! The linoleum is already lifting, it’s completely unacceptable. We would strongly advise against using this company – go somewhere else.

The owner was incredibly friendly and the whole staff was just so nice and helpful, genuinely going above and beyond. It felt like a much more personal and caring experience than I’ve ever had at a larger store. I’d definitely recommend them and would absolutely return.”
