  “We couldn’t be happier with the work American Home Renewal did on our house in San Francisco. Micah and his team were fantastic – incredibly professional, kept everything so clean, and got the job done really efficiently. They really paid attention to detail, and it made a huge difference; not just that the house is now completely waterproof, but it looks absolutely stunning too. Knowing that level of care means we won’t have to worry about water damage for years to come gives my wife and me – and our kids in the future – so much peace of mind. On top of that, they completely transformed our home by replacing our windows and converting our sliding doors into beautiful French doors, which really opened up the layout. And, surprisingly, we’ve even seen a 15% drop in our PG&E bills since they finished the work back in May 2023. We’ve been through a pretty rainy season since, and haven’t had a single issue. We wholeheartedly recommend American Home Renewal – we’d definitely use them again if we ever had more homes to renovate!” report abuse

The quality is outstanding – I’m actually using the space to do my taxes from 2024 a year after the installation, and it’s held up perfectly, even with all the crazy wind and rain we’ve had this season. They were incredibly thorough, paying close attention to detail and really understanding my budget. I especially appreciated their ‘clean as you go’ approach, which kept my workspace disruption-free. They were incredibly responsive, professional, and really took the time to answer all of our questions. What impressed us most was how quickly they got our siding project underway – just seven days after we signed the contract, including all the necessary city inspections! They were amazingly efficient and managed to meet our very tight deadline, which was a huge relief. They used James Hardie Hardiplank siding, which was brilliant for our weathered walls and means we won't have to worry about repainting for years.   “Chris did a fantastic job with our siding replacement! He noticed the boards were a little shorter than we expected and, smartly, suggested customizing them to match the original look. He also added a beautiful crown molding to replace the old one – a really thoughtful touch. The whole process was quick and easy, and we’re absolutely thrilled with the results.
