“I’m incredibly disappointed with Impact Fire Services. They installed sprinklers in my day spa and two condos in Falmouth, and from the very beginning, we’ve had problems – the sprinkler covers have been constantly falling out of the ceiling. I’ve spent over a year contacting them, making more than 30 calls and sending emails, but I’ve received absolutely no follow-up. Despite polite dispatch staff, they haven’t been able to address this critical issue. As a small business owner, I rely on dependable service, and Impact Fire Services has completely failed to deliver. It’s frankly unacceptable, and I strongly advise anyone needing reliable fire protection to look for another provider.”
