Overall, we had a really positive experience with Susi & Sons Hardwood Flooring. They were fantastic working with our old oak floors, especially since there were layers of cheap laminate underneath. Because the units were empty, they were able to complete everything efficiently. The pricing was competitive, and Peter even gave us a little discount for doing all three units – which we were already planning to do, so it was a great bonus. We’d definitely use them again! Just a small tip – we’d recommend getting your floors redone at the very end, after you’ve finished painting.

“Josh and his team did an absolutely fantastic job renovating the floors in our historic Boston home – it’s a beautiful 90+ year old place! From the very beginning, he was so easy to communicate with, keeping us updated with texts and calls, and he stuck to his agreed-upon timeline perfectly. We really appreciated how comfortable we felt having them working while we were at work, and our daily check-ins made us feel completely reassured. The results are incredible; the floors look amazing and have truly brightened up our home.”
