“The girl working at the desk really didn’t seem to know much about pools. She wasn’t helpful at all and unfortunately, didn’t offer any assistance when I was looking for a part – specifically an above ground or in-ground pool component. It’s important for retail staff to be willing to help customers, and she didn’t seem to understand that.”

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. The service manager was extremely rude and unprofessional; they dismissed my concerns about repeated no-shows by speaking to me in a disrespectful way. I would not be recommending this service again.

Overall, I had a really positive experience. The water testing was quick and simple, and the staff were fantastic. I also took a look at their pool products – they have a good selection. I’d definitely go back for my regular water testing and would recommend them to anyone needing pool supplies.
