  I was really disappointed with the way the sales process went. Instead of a helpful contractor, we were pressured by a salesperson to make a quick decision that night. They made it seem unusual to get other quotes and really pushed us to sign immediately, which made me feel quite uncomfortable and frankly, the whole experience was a little strange. report abuse

  Josh was fantastic to work with – he was really professional and it was so easy to communicate with him. I was thrilled that he managed to get my new gutters installed two weeks ahead of schedule, and he kept me updated with regular follow-up calls.   “I can’t recommend Dinverno Remodeling enough! We had a really big job – replacing our main basement beam – and were understandably worried about the cost. They not only gave us a price that was $6,000 cheaper than three other companies we got quotes from, but they were incredibly professional and efficient. The whole team worked so hard, and they actually finished the entire job in one day – which was amazing! To be honest, we were a little nervous because of a storm the night before, but they even brought generators just in case, which was such a thoughtful touch. Jeremy, our project manager, was fantastic too – really helpful and kept us updated throughout the process. We’ll definitely be using Dinverno Remodeling for all our future projects!” report abuse
