  “I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Floor Coverings International and especially Joe! We had a really stressful situation – our nursery flooded after the recent rains, and we needed a new carpet urgently. Joe was fantastic from the very beginning. He scheduled a visit for the following Tuesday, but thankfully was able to come out on Monday afternoon to bring samples and get the process started right away. It was such a relief not having to drag a baby and all our furniture to a showroom. He was incredibly professional and thorough, sending over a detailed quote via email, which I really appreciated. The installation itself was lightning fast – less than an hour – and the crew took care of everything, moving our furniture, vacuuming, and even removing all the trash. Joe and Tiffany even stopped by to check on us, which was a really nice personal touch. Floor Coverings International’s quote was competitive, but it was Joe’s professionalism, friendliness, and the entire team's attention to detail that truly made the difference.   Overall, Joe and his crew did a fantastic job installing our new flooring. They were incredibly easy to work with, always punctual and accommodating, and they completed the project – over 1,000 square feet – in just five days. Joe was particularly helpful, consistently checking in on the progress. The quality of the work was excellent, and they kept the work area spotless throughout the entire process.   Joe and his team did an absolutely fantastic job transforming our house! We hired them to remove the old carpet and install hardwood floors due to pet allergies from the previous owners, and they really went above and beyond. What was incredible was how organized they were – they managed the entire process, including running ozone machines to eliminate lingering odors, all while we were temporarily relocated and preparing for the start of school. They coordinated perfectly with other contractors and created a schedule that ensured everything was completed on time, allowing us to move in seamlessly and ready for the school year. We were particularly impressed with their attention to detail, especially matching the new flooring to our existing floors and their beautiful work on the staircases.
