Lauren was fantastic; she took the time to walk us through all the carpet options and really helped us find the perfect fit for our needs. The installation crew was also outstanding – they were incredibly professional and even moved all of our heavy furniture and electronics with no trouble.   I absolutely have to recommend Floor N More – I went with them after a friend told me about Mike, and I was so impressed. I’d gotten a really high quote from another company, so I went to their showroom. Mike was fantastic; he gave me honest advice and a price that was actually reasonable. He really helped me pick out the perfect tile, and the crew that installed it was incredibly fast and reliable.   I have to say, we absolutely love our new floors! Our family recently completed a major home update, and Floor N More was fantastic from start to finish. We seriously researched several flooring providers and were so impressed with Floor N More – the price was great, but it was the friendly service, the consistent follow-up, and most importantly, the knowledgeable and honest team, especially Mike and Juan, that really won us over. My wife and I are pretty particular, and we really appreciated their patient approach and willingness to answer all our questions. Honestly, I was a little nervous going through a hardwood installation for the first time, but they made the whole process so smooth and easy.   “I can’t recommend this business enough! They were fantastic to work with – truly going above and beyond. I recently ordered a large quantity of floor tile and they delivered it directly to my home, which was a huge relief after a really frustrating experience with another store that wouldn’t even deliver the tile once it arrived. Ulysses was amazing, providing excellent customer service throughout the entire process, even checking in to make sure we were happy with the product.   “I’m really disappointed with this company. They installed a huge amount of tile – 1500 square feet – and then refused to address a key issue: the grout. In many areas, they installed white grout instead of the dark Truffle grout we originally requested, which is a significant difference and a real letdown.” report abuse

  Overall, I’m happy with the final result of my new flooring, but the initial installation was quite problematic. I had several issues that needed to be addressed, and I appreciated the owner’s willingness to step in and fix them. While I have a good rapport with the owner himself, it became clear that the installation crew they were using at the time wasn’t up to par. Because of those installation problems, I’m giving the installation crew a one-star rating. Considering those issues, I’d rate my experience as three stars on average, and I hope future customers will have a much smoother experience. report abuse

  “Juan and Michael were fantastic to work with! We started looking into new flooring about two years ago and kept finding ourselves back at Floors-n-More in Southlake – they had exactly what we were looking for. They were so patient as we explored all the different hardwood options and really helped us narrow down our choices, especially when it came to picking out tiles for the laundry room and fireplace.
