“I just wanted to share how fantastic my experience was with [Company Name]'s service center. Josh, the technician who came to my place, was truly outstanding. He was so professional, clearly knew his stuff, and was just a really friendly guy. The work he did on my tractor was top-notch – I’d had it serviced there a few years back, and the service was consistently excellent. They really understand what good customer service is all about, and I wholeheartedly recommend making the trip to use their service center – it’s definitely worth it.”

“I recently purchased a Sany U26 and wanted to say Josh was a fantastic salesman – really helpful and knowledgeable. I’d definitely come back here again.”

I just wanted to share my fantastic experience buying a Kubota BX23S tractor from Ahearn Equipment. Josh in the sales department was absolutely amazing – he really took the time to understand what I needed for my property and patiently walked me through all the different options. He was incredibly responsive, always checking in with me via text and phone to answer my questions and work around my busy schedule. Leslie was also fantastic, handling all the paperwork and answering any questions I had with speed and efficiency. I wholeheartedly recommend Ahearn Equipment and their equipment lines. They even followed up to make sure my tractor was running well – it’s a great team!

“I’ve been really pleased with my purchases from this company – they have fantastic prices and it’s always been a great experience dealing with them. I especially want to commend their customer service; they went above and beyond to sort out a shipping problem and really took care of me. Thanks Matt!”

“I really wanted to say how pleased I was with my purchase from Ahearn Equipment – the sales process was fantastic. However, I did experience a few issues with the new machine initially, and the service team was excellent. They were very responsive and came out to do the warranty repairs, which they did a great job on. It was particularly appreciated that they were willing to travel all the way from CT to provide such a helpful service.”

“I’m writing this as a serious warning to anyone considering doing business with Ahearn. We recently purchased an L3902 tractor and scheduled a service appointment, along with the installation of some accessories. After a long drive, we picked up the tractor to find that the service had never been completed – the salesman couldn’t even recall scheduling it for us. We were left with the remaining work to be done. Ahearn then delivered the tractor back to us, but during a check-up, we discovered a critical hydraulic oil fill cap was sitting in the backhoe’s footwell. It was incredibly concerning, especially since this was a brand-new tractor and we could have easily been held liable for significant damage to the hydrostatic and hydraulic systems had it not been noticed. What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of oversight. Ahearn essentially admitted that it’s someone else’s job to verify the work after it's done, which highlights a serious chain of failures. We ended up having to meticulously inspect every detail of the service just to feel confident nothing was compromised. This tractor has barely 68 hours on it, and frankly, it was almost destroyed by their negligence. We will never return to Ahearn – their focus seems solely on sales, and they completely failed to deliver a reliable service. Don’t let the positive reviews fool you; the quality of their service is severely lacking.”

“I was really impressed with my experience buying the Kubota BX23S from Ahearn. The whole process was completely stress-free, and they answered all my questions thoroughly. I was able to purchase it quickly – they delivered it just three days later! I’ve already put over 13 hours on it, and they’ve even been checking in on me with text updates. It’s fantastic service, and I’m so happy I chose Ahearn. To top it off, they’re planning to come to my house at 50 hours for a free service – that’s really going above and beyond.”

“Ahearn’s really shines with its fantastic customer service – everyone there is so friendly and helpful. My husband and his son absolutely adore the place; he actually bought an excavator a few years ago, and now they see it as a really fun place to browse and buy new equipment. They’ve already said they’ll be buying all their future purchases from Ahearn.”

“I purchased an ASV in the fall, and I’ve been trying to add some attachments. I’ve called four times this spring, but no one ever returned my calls. I spoke with several different salespeople who assured me they’d get back to me, but I’m still waiting to hear anything. I’ve left multiple messages, and still haven't received a response.”

“I’ve been a customer of this company for years and have always been happy with their service until recently. It’s been incredibly frustrating to deal with their service department now – they’ve become shockingly rude. They missed our initial delivery date completely, and then, over the phone, they threatened to hold the tractor until we paid the entire balance immediately. When the tractor finally returned from service, the delivery driver even demanded a check as soon as he saw me. I’ve always paid my bills on time, and I have a 10-year history of reliable payments. To hear they’re discontinuing service for Cub Cadets at the end of the year, seemingly due to financial difficulties, is just unacceptable. It feels like they’re punishing loyal customers. I won’t be doing business with them again.”
