  “We were absolutely thrilled with the work Bonsai Builders did on our sunroom – it’s truly transformed the space! From the very beginning, Kristen and Jason were fantastic to work with. They responded so quickly to our initial call and came out to assess the project, providing us with incredibly detailed and transparent estimates. Honestly, we’d started the project ourselves with an uneven concrete floor, and knew it would be a challenging undertaking. But Jason and the team tackled it brilliantly, building a sleeper system and installing insulation that completely leveled the floor and created a beautiful, warm space. They even went above and beyond by building a closet, installing trim, and expertly patching and plastering the walls – we're real perfectionists, and they seamlessly hid any previous imperfections. What really stood out was how attentive they were. Jason checked in daily to make sure we were happy with everything, and when we had a concern about the paint job, he immediately addressed it and ensured it was perfect. It’s rare to find contractors who genuinely want to meet your expectations, but that’s exactly what we experienced. Because of their professionalism and quality of work, we ended up hiring them for a deck and a new stairway too – everything turned out absolutely amazing.   “We were so pleased with the recent bathroom remodel done by Bonsai Builders. We got several quotes and ultimately chose them because of the incredible care and detail they showed in their initial proposal. While they weren’t the cheapest option, they were definitely worth the investment. Jason and his team did a fantastic job with the design and renovation itself, but I especially want to give a shout-out to Kristin – she was absolutely brilliant, patiently guiding us through all the material choices and making sure we ended up with something we truly loved. It took a little time, but it was so worth it! And honestly, Dave, Rich, and the whole crew were just outstanding; their attention to detail was exceptional. They also had a great team of plumbers and electricians on standby, and they were really responsive and quick to fix any minor issues that came up – which, of course, are inevitable on a project of this scale.
