“I cannot recommend MTS. My experience was incredibly frustrating and frankly, negligent. They completely disregarded responsibility when a significant water leak occurred after they worked on my roof. They removed flashing from an adjacent roof – a seemingly small action – and it directly caused the problem. Despite having photographic and text message evidence of their actions, they tried to shift the blame and refused to take accountability. There was no permit pulled, no fall protection in place, and a complete lack of regard for customer concerns, particularly regarding the elderly. They repeatedly insisted it wasn’t their roof leaking, despite clear evidence pointing to their mistake. It’s unacceptable to remove flashing, charge extra for the damage, and then avoid taking responsibility. This was a poorly executed job with no regard for quality or customer satisfaction. Honestly, they deserve zero stars.”
