  Overall, I had a really positive experience with this company. Their prices were great and they responded quickly to my issue. The technician who came out was fantastic – he clearly explained everything and did a really thorough job. It was also good that they handled everything smoothly through my insurance. My only small feedback would be about the receptionist; she was efficient but a little impersonal. A simple "hello" or "how are you?" would have made the experience feel even warmer. But honestly, the quality of the service I received from the technician and the overall value made it a great company to use for any assistance I needed. report abuse

  I was really disappointed with my experience. I scheduled an estimate for a new heat/air unit, and the technician was thorough in checking the current system. However, the interaction afterward was incredibly unprofessional. He politely suggested they might not be the right fit for my needs, and I simply asked for the estimate to be emailed to me – as I work from home. Instead of just letting me know that would be difficult, the owner, Lacee Knoedl, proceeded to text me repeatedly, lecturing me and questioning my time. It felt incredibly disrespectful, especially considering I’d already taken time out of my workday to allow someone into my home. Honestly, the aggressive and accusatory tone was completely unnecessary and made me feel like I was being unfairly judged. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on this experience. report abuse

  “I absolutely want to give Osage Air a huge recommendation! Our technician, Kayne Satterfield, was fantastic. He was so friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about what he was doing. Kayne kept me fully updated on everything, and I really appreciated that he explained all the costs in detail beforehand – no hidden surprises at all. He even arrived right on time for our appointment, which made a big difference. What really stood out was how much Osage Air seemed to value my time, which is something I don’t always experience with other service providers. Kayne took plenty of photos and notes and shared them with me, so I felt completely confident in the recommendations. We’ve used him again for our spring A/C service, and he did an amazing job – we’re so happy with the annual service plan we have with them.
