  “I was really pleased with the work Franklin’s HVAC team did, so I reached out to them for a plumbing issue with my old tub faucet. Mason explained the problem clearly – it was a bit more complicated than just swapping out the faucet – and he was really upfront about potential future needs without trying to push anything extra. He and Dillon worked together quickly and professionally, and Dillon was a really friendly guy! Thanks so much to both of them and to Franklin Heating and Air for a reliable and fairly priced job.   Jaxson was fantastic! He arrived promptly for our scheduled maintenance appointment and was so polite and professional. What really impressed us was that he went above and beyond and even installed a new thermostat for us – that wasn’t part of the original service.
