I used them on two separate projects – first to completely transform my bedroom, a 125-year-old house, by removing the popcorn ceiling and fixing severely cracked plaster. The skim coating they did turned the whole room into looking brand new! Roberto was fantastic – he was super responsive, kept me updated constantly, and was always on time. Because I was so pleased with the quality of work, I then had him replace the walls of my basement stairwell, which were falling apart.   I was really disappointed with my experience. Roberto contacted me on Monday to confirm our quote appointment for today, and he completely didn’t show up. Worse, I didn’t get any communication – not even an apology. It felt incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful, so I’m not going to be using their services. report abuse
