  “Overall, our experience with this surveying team was concerning. While they seemed perfectly pleasant to the person paying for the service, we encountered a significant lack of professionalism and respect. I reached out as a neighboring property owner seeking clarification on a stake marker, and was met with a dismissive and frankly rude response – essentially told I didn’t have time to ask a simple question. It felt incredibly disrespectful, especially considering there’s an open alleyway between our properties. What was particularly frustrating was the apparent lack of prioritization. The crew member immediately spent 20 minutes assisting another neighbor, suggesting time wasn’t a constraint. Furthermore, my neighbor, a 74-year-old widow, understandably had questions after seeing the surveyors’ work. After she was upset by the initial interaction, she sought my help to understand the situation. I believe this highlights a serious training need for the team – a basic level of courtesy and respect is essential, regardless of who you’re dealing with. It’s disappointing to have to defend our company’s reputation after this experience.” report abuse
