  “Overall, our experience with this surveying team was concerning. While they seemed perfectly fine dealing with the person paying for the service, we encountered a significant lack of professionalism and respect. I reached out as a neighboring property owner seeking clarification on a stake marker, and was met with a dismissive response – essentially told I didn’t have time to ask a reasonable question. It felt incredibly rude, especially given the adjacent property situation. Frankly, the team member’s attitude was unacceptable. It seemed like a matter of prioritizing someone else's time over a simple request, and the dismissive tone was deeply unprofessional. My neighbor, a 74-year-old widow, also had questions after seeing the markers moved, and understandably felt upset by the initial interaction. She then came to me for support, which highlights a fundamental lack of courtesy. We’re disappointed with this experience and feel it’s important to address the team’s behavior. Our calls aren’t going through, and the texts we’ve sent are bouncing back as undelivered – it seems they’re on a landline.
