  “I had a really disappointing experience calling G&G. I was inquiring about a garage build with an addition to our house, following a recent tree fall. The woman I spoke with was incredibly dismissive and seemed impatient, even after I explained our plans in detail. She reacted strongly to me using the word ‘project,’ and insisted they only do ‘construction’ – which felt like a strange and unnecessary barrier. As architects, we’re used to working with contractors, and I was surprised by her attitude. Honestly, the way she treated me was unprofessional and concerning, especially coming from a business. Given this interaction, I wouldn’t recommend G&G.” report abuse
