Jamie and his team were fantastic! We had a strange issue with our septic alarm not working, and we were completely baffled. We contacted seven electricians, but no one was available. Jamie responded immediately and scheduled a visit for Monday. He brought James along with him, and they were both incredibly helpful and efficient. They quickly diagnosed the problem and got everything sorted out – I highly recommend them!

“I was really disappointed with the service I received. I scheduled an appointment for an electrician to come to my home, and he told me he’d be there either Thursday or Friday. He didn’t show up on Thursday, and I took a day off work to be available, as he’d promised. I also left a message for him on Friday, but I’m still waiting to hear from him – it’s now Monday and my electrical problem remains unresolved, and I’ve lost a day’s pay.”
