Mr. Zaniewski himself took the time to walk the property with me, listening to my concerns and offering proactive advice to prevent future problems.   Overall, the porch replacement was a really positive experience. Despite a few hiccups caused by the city’s permitting process, the team completed the work quickly and efficiently. I was particularly impressed that they were able to perfectly match the unique brickwork, and the quality of their craftsmanship was excellent. It was also a fair price for the job. report abuse
