  “I’ve read a lot of positive reviews, but this one really stands out. Years ago, I brought my Ford van into the dealership for service – it was struggling with power and kept cutting out. The service advisor, Rick, was fantastic. He was so thorough, noticing how heavily loaded the truck was when I explained the problem. Turns out Rick was a pool installer, and we started talking about pools – he even helped me troubleshoot a leak in my deck and showed me how to look for bubbles. He fixed the leak, replaced my pump and filter with top-quality parts, and found several other leaks. I still have that filter and the lines he installed – it’s still going strong! He really knew his stuff, and I learned a lot from him. It’s amazing to think about all this happening back then, especially considering the tough climate we had here in Fraser. I’m so grateful for his expertise and genuinely, he's a class guy.   “I wanted to share my incredibly positive experience with All Around Pools. My family was in a really stressful situation needing to get our house ready to sell quickly, and thankfully, we had Todd help us get our indoor pool back in working order. He’d restored it back in 2018, and I was able to find his contact information. It was a Saturday, during the off-season, but Todd was so patient and professional, really taking the time to get the filtration system running correctly. He even followed up the next week to balance the chemicals and clean the pool – it was fantastic service, and it’s clear he understood our situation and why we were undertaking this project.   “Honestly, I’m so incredibly disappointed. The service and installation back in 2003 were terrible, and it took months of chasing them for warranty work. The final insult was the shoddy installation – the tiles around the pool just fell apart, like they were never properly secured. I’m just really glad to be done with this company.” report abuse
