  Overall, the work on the parsonage basement was fantastic! It’s amazing to finally have it finished after 30 years of dealing with leaks and that musty smell. The team was incredibly efficient and friendly – they got the job done quickly and professionally, and they even cleaned up as they went. They really focused on the task at hand. My only suggestion would be to strongly recommend that customers protect their belongings with plastic sheeting, rather than just old sheets. The dust was quite a lot, and it could take days to fully clear up after they were done. report abuse

  We’ve been battling a persistent basement leak for years, and frankly, we were getting nowhere with other contractors. They kept throwing around vague diagnoses – a high water table, damaged drain tiles – and the quotes were shockingly high, ranging from $20,000 to $35,000! It was incredibly frustrating because none of them could actually pinpoint the root cause. Then we met Jim with B-Dry. He actually took the time to get down into our basement, open up the drywall, and identify the problem – rod holes in our walls.
