  “Colten and Austin were fantastic – incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. They really went above and beyond today, completing the initial assessment as promised. However, I was a little disappointed that the work they patched over wasn’t done to the standard I’d expect, and it seemed they were following the initial instructions from the previous manager. Unfortunately, the current manager wasn’t very communicative and essentially left me to handle everything myself.” report abuse

He took the time to explain everything clearly and walk us through potential solutions. While we’re not able to move forward with the work at the moment, he was incredibly generous to offer a free air test to help us understand the situation better.   I am extremely dissatisfied with Everydry. My experience has been frustrating and, frankly, deceptive. I contacted them about a leak in my basement a week or so ago, and was immediately quoted $190 for an inspection – a price that doesn’t cover any actual work. They replaced my sump pump engine in 2017 for $250, claiming it needed replacing every 10 years, but it’s still working perfectly. Despite advertising “Free Inspections” on their website, they tried to charge me for an assessment. They repeatedly brought up past work they did for me in 2001, but now claim that work wasn't done and can’t be part of a warranty. I was offered a solution – pay for the work they *didn’t* do in 2001, which was cheaper than renewing my warranty at $35 a month. They even suggested I fix the problem myself by buying materials from Home Depot, despite not diagnosing the issue. It’s completely unreasonable that they’re trying to charge me for work they never performed. They’ve also been inconsistent with dates and warranty information, claiming my warranty expired in 2009 while simultaneously offering to reinstate it for $4500. The whole situation feels like a waste of time and money, and I’m left with a leaking basement. I’m now seeking a reputable contractor to properly address the problem. report abuse
