It’s great to see a business built on good people and experience. I heard Jay Cutler used to work for them a while back, which adds to the reputation, but honestly, that’s just a bonus. If you need a concrete foundation job done, I wholeheartedly recommend them – you’re getting skilled professionals with a lot of knowledge under their belts, and in today’s market, that’s worth paying for. Keith was a difficult contractor to work with. While pleasant enough, he was incredibly hard to reach and consistently avoided providing a written quote. It wasn’t until months after we’d agreed on a price that he finally sent one via text. Then, after the job was completed, he added an unexpected $5,500 without any prior discussion – it felt like a complete bait-and-switch. Despite my refusal to pay this extra amount, he ultimately didn’t deliver the windows for the basement foundation, which were also a ridiculously small size. The whole experience felt like a scam, and I strongly advise against using his services.
