Their drivers are fantastic, the concrete quality is top-notch, and the staff – especially Dave – are incredibly professional and always go the extra mile to make sure our projects run smoothly.   “I had a concrete delivery scheduled for a basement project, but unfortunately, it didn’t go smoothly. On the day, I was informed I needed a line pump to properly pour the concrete, and my crew simply didn’t have one. This meant the entire delivery was wasted, and I lost a significant amount of money. While I acknowledge my own lack of experience contributed to the issue, I was really frustrated that Sterling Concrete didn’t inform me about the potential need for a line pump when I placed the order. It felt like they were simply focused on completing the sale without considering what I actually needed. I contacted their front desk, hoping for a sales representative to follow up, but that never happened. The complete opposite experience with J G MacLellan was incredible. They were punctual, delivered a great product, and provided truly excellent customer service. Honestly, the difference was night and day. I’ll definitely be using them for any future concrete needs.” report abuse
