  Overall, DMH did a fantastic job replacing the fire alarm system at 425 Pleasant St. They were incredibly responsive and professional throughout the entire project. They proactively worked with the local code department and fire officials to get the plans approved, and they collaborated effectively with the other contractors involved. When unforeseen issues arose – and there were a few – they immediately notified us and quickly provided sensible solutions. The on-site team was consistently well-organized, knowledgeable, and maintained a safe working environment. I especially appreciated the responsiveness of the DMH management team; they answered all our questions quickly and efficiently.   “We were really struggling to find an electrician we could trust – we contacted several companies, but it was hard to find one that genuinely listened to our needs. Then we spoke with DMH and David, and it was a completely different experience. He came out to our house for a free walkthrough, and we were incredibly impressed with his professionalism and respect for our home. He even took his shoes off and wore a mask, which we really appreciated. David’s team were fantastic too – they were so careful and considerate of our house, and the work they did was absolutely outstanding. Now we can control our air conditioning and vacuum from anywhere in the house, and we’re so relieved to know our home is safe.   Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend going with this company. I had a car charger installation done, and while they initially seemed helpful with a FaceTime consultation and a quote, it quickly became a really frustrating experience. The quote was about 30% higher than others, but I went ahead with it after the electrician confirmed everything. However, just minutes before the scheduled installation, I was told they’d forgotten to include essential equipment, adding an extra $660 – and they hadn’t bothered to let me know until the very last minute! It felt like they were trying to upsell me and hold me hostage with last-minute surprises. Save yourself the stress and potential extra costs – you’re better off finding a company that’s upfront and reliable. report abuse
