“I’m incredibly frustrated with my experience. Loretta was consistently disrespectful and made me feel completely dismissed. Her attitude, especially when discussing my insurance issues, was deeply demeaning. To be treated with such contempt is unacceptable. It’s completely wrong to deny someone access to their work order, and to downplay the severity of a brand new home with repeated leaks – especially after it’s been ‘fixed’ twice – is frankly appalling. What truly upset me was when she insulted my husband and then refused to return his call. The entire interaction was a terrible example of customer service.”

I can’t recommend Lacrosse Homes – it’s been an incredibly frustrating experience. I’ve been trying to get them to repair leaking windows since January, and frankly, it’s been a complete nightmare. I initially had hope after speaking with the owner, but he never followed up. Then I was passed off to the office manager, Kristen, who’s provided a constant stream of excuses and I’ve struggled to even get in touch with her. I’ve left countless messages, and I even had the receptionist hang up on me when I identified myself. Now they’re just directing calls straight to voicemail. It’s unbelievable how unresponsive they’ve been. I’ve spoken to my neighbors, and they’re having the exact same issues. Seriously, please avoid Lacrosse Homes – you’re better off going elsewhere.

“I’m so incredibly disappointed with my experience with Lacrosse Homes. From start to finish, it felt like they weren’t interested in providing us with the quality home we were expecting. Once they had our deposit, they completely stopped responding to our requests for repairs – the promised one-year inspection turned into a huge hassle, and it was nearly impossible to get them to schedule anything. Honestly, the quality of the construction itself was concerning; we had issues with bowed walls and mismatched tile, and several design requests we specifically made were simply ignored. Trying to get in touch with anyone from the company was a nightmare; we spent weeks contacting them repeatedly with no response. I strongly recommend avoiding Lacrosse Homes – it’s a recipe for frustration and a significant letdown.”

Overall, we’re really pleased with how things are progressing on our new home build – we’re currently around 80% finished. The team has been fantastic about keeping us informed, and they’ve been incredibly responsive to our questions and concerns, always handling everything professionally. We’re aware that delays with permits and materials can happen, and we appreciate their honesty and proactive communication about those challenges. We’re really looking forward to moving in and will update our review once the build is complete.

“I’m really pleased with the progress on my new home – we’re about 90% done! From the very beginning, the sales team and construction staff have been incredibly professional and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone looking to build, and I’ve even suggested them to family and friends. I’ll be sure to update my review once the build is complete, so stay tuned!”

Overall, my experience with Lacrosse Homes was really disappointing. From the outside, the homes look fantastic, which is a huge part of the initial appeal. However, once you step inside, the quality of the build quickly falls short of expectations, and frankly, feels “sufficient” at best. I initially found the sales team very helpful and accommodating, but that positive experience vanished once we put down a deposit. I wish I had brought in an independent realtor – it would have been invaluable in getting the answers and attention I needed. The construction process itself was concerning; the same team was working on multiple homes simultaneously, and it seemed to lack the focus required for meticulous detail. I ended up with a long list of issues, including a slider that fell in the glass, damaged flooring, poorly installed baseboards, and unfinished work that was simply covered up. It’s been over ten weeks since closing, and my original punch list is still outstanding. Communication has been almost non-existent—my emails haven’t even been acknowledged. Basically, if you’re prioritizing a beautifully presented home with expertly executed details, I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere. Lacrosse Homes seems to deliver on the exterior appearance but falls short considerably on the quality of the build itself.

Andy was fantastic to work with – truly a pleasure! He was incredibly upfront and honest, with no hidden agendas whatsoever. He really knew what we needed and gave us a clear, realistic picture of what to expect throughout the whole process. He meticulously laid out all the plans, presenting us with several options that fit our budget, and he clearly explained the differences between the lots, pointing out the desirable and community-focused areas. We appreciated his honest advice regarding a preferred lender, and he encouraged us to do our own research and choose the financing that felt right for us. Plus, the quality of the homes themselves is outstanding – it’s clear he’s committed to building something really special, and the price was incredibly competitive.

Tod was absolutely fantastic – so knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic about helping us find our new home. We’re incredibly happy with the whole experience thanks to him!

I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them – I found them to be completely dishonest. They’re still holding onto my deposit, which is incredibly concerning given that the whole agreement was based on false information.

Honestly, it’s a really frustrating experience. With the only shop around, it’s just a complete mess – a real letdown.
