    Honestly, my experience with Paragon Pool Services has been incredibly disappointing. I’ve used several pool companies over the years, and they’ve been by far the worst. Since they installed my pool, it’s been nothing but a constant problem. They just don’t seem to bother checking anything – the heater frequently stops working, and they never ensure the cover operates correctly. To make matters worse, they bill my credit card without providing a clear breakdown of the work done or a receipt, and their prices are shockingly high, especially for something simple like a pool cover rope repair which they charged an outrageous $1800! I found someone else who could have done the same job for just $590 – it’s a huge difference! I’m so frustrated with their lack of service and inflated prices. I would strongly advise against using Paragon Pool Services. report abuse

    “I can’t recommend Mike Henry and his team for a pool installation. Our experience has been incredibly frustrating – we’ve struggled to get any communication from them, and it feels like they simply don’t care about customer satisfaction. There were serious issues with our heater, and they didn’t even bother to check it after it had been unused for months. It was a really disappointing experience, and we’re now left waiting for them to address the problem. Honestly, it’s a shame, and I wouldn't trust them with a project like this.” report abuse

Susie was amazing; she really helped me out. I’d never shopped there before, and with a small pool, it quickly turned green.     Honestly, we had a really frustrating experience with Paragon. Despite letting them know we were unhappy with our pool and contacting them repeatedly for help, we haven't gotten any resolution at all. Now they’re just ignoring our messages. I would strongly recommend choosing a different company that actually values customer service and uses better quality products – the ones we had seemed to fall apart pretty quickly in our Minnesota weather. report abuse

    Honestly, I’ve been incredibly frustrated with this service. It’s been over two weeks, I’ve had to make multiple calls and two technicians have come out, and my hot tub is still not fixed. To make matters worse, they charged my credit card before the work was even done. The lack of communication has been really poor, and overall, it’s been a very negative experience. The owner was difficult to reach, and I was shocked to be charged three times the price for parts compared to what was listed on Amazon.
