  Will and Dan were fantastic to work with – truly professional and incredibly helpful. They completely transformed our outdated kitchen into a modern, functional space, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.   “I wanted to give Bill a huge shout-out – he really went above and beyond when a fire in the building’s restaurant caused a problem with the electrical system for my condo and the other three units in Brookline. He responded so quickly, came out the next day after I contacted him, and thankfully got the electricity back up and running within a few days, allowing us all to move back in.   Honestly, the initial intake process felt really disorganized. They asked for a huge amount of information right away, and then just gave me a brief, impersonal response saying they weren’t a good fit. I’m left wondering if it was the project itself, the budget, or something else entirely – it was a really disappointing experience. report abuse
