“I visited your Rugby branch on Wednesday, March 28th, hoping to find some white oak, but I was a little disappointed. The selection of sizes wasn’t great, and many of the bins were either empty or had very limited stock.”
-
I had a really awful experience here. I ordered four bags of a particular ash product, but they charged me double the price – $8 instead of $4. When I tried to get it sorted out by calling, it didn't matter because they had written down the incorrect amount on the order form. Completely unacceptable customer service and I wouldn't recommend this place.
-
“I was really impressed with the service – they were able to source the exact material I needed and deliver it to Massachusetts on time. A big shout-out to the team at [Lumber Yard Name] who directed me to them!”
-
“I was really impressed with everyone I interacted with – the team in the warehouse and the office staff were all incredibly helpful and provided fantastic customer service. And, of course, the quality of the hardwood is top-notch.”
-
Okay, here’s a natural-sounding rewrite of that statement: “Just a reminder that you’ll need to have placed and paid for any materials or access requests online before coming into the office – we can’t let you access the wood or the office without those orders in place.”
-
Honestly, the selection here felt a bit haphazard. The staff seemed a little gruff, and the quality of the hardwoods wasn’t great – it was like they were taking whatever was left over, really second-rate pieces. There were definitely better options out there.
-
The service was pretty good, and it seemed like the staff really valued the customer – the owner’s dad was practically a partner in the business!
-
It was fantastic to see such a wide selection, and most of the items were still in their original, unmilled packaging – a real bonus. The prices were also very reasonable.
-
“Overall, it was a really positive experience – the staff were incredibly caring and professional.”
-
The selection of hardwoods was really impressive, and I also appreciated how helpful and friendly the staff were.
